To get neopixels (WS2812B) to work with SKR series of boards with a dedicated neopixel pin is the need for a 300ohm resistor and a 1000uF capacitor wired inline.
this small surface mount (SMT) pcb adapter is the cleanest way to add the necessary parts without the ugly and time consuming soldering hacks.
