Shipping Policy


Canada & Worldwide

We ship Canada wide and around the world using primary via FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and Canpar.  Remote Northern Regions of Canada we use Canada Post.

Large bulky shipments (>50kg) maybe shipped via truck freight.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system via the checkout process.  Any additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect and/or incomplete address information and/or delivery refusal will be at customer's expense

Insurance and signature required service available at additional cost.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Markham, Ontario location.

Any additional duties, taxes, brokerage fees are beyond our control and is not included in the invoice total caculated at checkout.  These fees are sole responsbility of the customer and the carrier / country imported into.

Tracking Numbers:

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number. Some shipping options such as envelopes may not have a tracking number.

Failed or Refused Deliveries:

In case of refused delivery or failed deliveries (i.e. multiple tries, customer not home) the courier will return package to us at *our* expense.  Any additional cost incur when this happens will be sole responsibility of the customer and will be deduct in case of refund or added to the invoice in case of re-shipping.

Processing Time:

We try to ship out as soon as possible.  Order cut off is at 2pm and any orders placed will be processed the next business day.  General turnaround on orders is 24-48 hours.

Out of Stock & "Sold Out" Products:

All items showing on the web site is sync to our warehouse.  Any out of stock items will be restock as soon as possible.  In rare occasions where one of more purchased items are not available, partial orders will be sent and option to refund the out of stock items or wait for backorder to complete.
